Working in tech support means I get to talk to all sorts of people. Some are smart and not so great with computers, some are just not so smart, some make you wonder how they can live alone and not stab themselves while eating with sharp utensils. This is all fine, usually it doesn’t really matter and I forget 15 seconds after I’m off the phone anyway. Sometimes, however, certain people will stick with you, especially when they email their problems. The following is an actual email someone sent us, the only thing I changed was the customer’s name, to protect the stupid:
There was a miss cummontion on your tecs part and my phone got shout off I called on sunday and the person I talked to said that my phone would be back on And it is not I need it on ineditly and with like to compasationh for this it was not my falt The number is xxx-xxxx it better be back on by 8:00 am on tuesday or I am going to be very pisst off at this company. My name is Customer Name please make this right Thank you Customer Name
