Ah, why must all the good television be from other countries. I think we should implement this idea into all our current reality TV shows. No rewards for getting a correct answer or winning a competition, just the motivation not to take a shot straight to the junk.
This is a clip on YouTube from a Japanese variety show. The contestants have to say a tongue twister or suffer the consequences. Enjoy.

OH MY GOD! thats freaking hilarious. wow. a show like that in the USA? I dont think so!
